At MushMore Psychedelics, we aim to ensure that your order arrives discreetly, securely, and as quickly as legally possible. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays and exceptional delays. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM

  • Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • High-demand periods may require extra processing time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and legal eligibility:

🇺🇸 United States
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

🌍 International
  • Standard International Airmail: 7–21 business days

  • Tracked Express International: 5–10 business days (availability varies by country)

Note: All timelines are estimates and do not account for customs delays, weather disruptions, or postal strikes.


3. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, non-branded packaging to protect your privacy. There is no mention of MushMore Psychedelics or the nature of the contents on the label or outer packaging.

  • Items are vacuum-sealed and/or moisture-proofed where appropriate.

  • Return address does not include our brand name for your discretion.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected delivery method

We may offer free shipping for certain orders above a minimum purchase value. These offers will be clearly promoted on-site and during checkout.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number (if available) will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer

  • Packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays due to postal services, weather, natural disasters, or customs inspections

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. In the event of a delivery issue, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier but do not guarantee a replacement or refund unless an error was made on our part.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Laws
🔒 YOU are responsible for knowing your country’s laws.

We do not guarantee delivery for international orders if:

  • Your country restricts or prohibits the import of psychedelic-related products

  • Your package is seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs

  • You refuse or fail to collect the shipment

We do not issue refunds for customs seizures or rejections.

We strongly encourage you to verify the legal status of any item you intend to order in your country, region, or jurisdiction.


8. Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to most countries that allow the import of the products we sell. However, we do not ship to:

  • Countries with strict bans on all forms of psychedelics (e.g., Singapore, Indonesia, UAE)

  • Jurisdictions under heavy trade sanctions

  • PO Boxes or parcel lockers in countries where signature is legally required

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse international orders at our discretion.


9. Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Peak seasons and holidays

  • Inventory shortages

  • Security holds

  • Unforeseen carrier or weather disruptions

While we do our best to minimize disruptions, we are not liable for delivery delays outside our control.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (not just delayed), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found:

  • Check with neighbors, roommates, or building staff

  • Wait 24 hours (some carriers mark items delivered before actual arrival)

  • Contact the shipping provider

We may offer partial credit, store credit, or reshipment at our discretion only.


11. Returns Due to Undeliverability

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Invalid address

  • Customer refusal

  • Customs rejection

…we may offer to reship the item for an additional fee, or refund the item cost minus shipping (if legally possible). Refunds will not be issued for items that cannot be resold or redelivered.
